Biography

Shawn is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Indiana Pacers. In addition to his role as Head Strength Coach, he is also an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the team responsible for the design and implementation of the therapeutic exercise programs for each player. His previous experience includes employment as a Strength Coach at Rutgers University and University of Connecticut working with a variety of teams but predominantly with basketball.

Shawn is a Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA), Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (NSCA), Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM), Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM) and Club Coach Level One (USAW).
Shawn is the co-founder of SB Coaches College ( www.sbcoachescollege.com ) and serves on the Advisory Board for Lynx Performance Grips
